Customize menu items and order

  • General -> Groupware Menu
  • If you don't want to use Menu in your company, you can hide it by clicking 'Hide Menu'.

※ Notice : Refer to below before clicking 'Hide Menu'

Menu Matters of effect in Groupware
Mail  · You cannot send mail in approval / Contacts / Resource
CloudDisk  · You cannot save attached files to CloudDisk
 · It is not comfortable to attach file from CloudDisk in Mail.
Archives  · You cannot use [To My Archives] button in Mail / approval / Tasks / Boards.
Other Menu  · No changes related to other menus

Set user Menus

 · You can set company menu by using 'Hide Menu' and 'Order' features

   

   ① Hide Menu - Check the box next to Menu what you want to hide and click Save.

      

   ② Change of order - You can change of displayed menu order.
                                     Select Menu and click Up and Down.

      

  ※ Changed Menu will be applied after re-loging in to Groupware
